摘要
螺旋输送机广泛应用于粮食工业、建筑材料工业、化学工业、机械制造业、交通运输业等国民经济的各个部门。其主要用于输送各种粉状、粒状、小块状物料,在输送过程中也可以完成混合搅拌。水平式螺旋输送机利用带有螺旋叶片的螺旋轴的旋转,使物料产生沿螺旋面的相对运动,物料受到料槽或输送管壁的摩擦力作用不与螺旋一起旋转,从而将物料轴向推进,实现物料的输送。在水平输送机中,料槽的摩擦力主要是由物料自身重力所引起的。由于运用的广泛,某些型号的输送机已经标准化,如LS 型螺旋输送机。本次设计介绍了螺旋输送机的工作原理,分析了螺旋输送机的主要参数对其使用性能和输送能力的影响,阐明了螺旋输送机各设计参数的选择和确定原则及方法。

Abstract
Screw conveyor widely used in food industry, building material industry, chemical industry, machinery industry, transportation of various departments of the national economy. It is mainly used for various granular, powder, small block material in the process of conveying, also plete mixing. Horizontal thread screw conveyor with spiral leaf using spiral of the axis of rotation, make the material of relative motion, the spiral groove or conveying materials by material of wall friction function together with screw rotation to advance, materials axial material conveying. In horizontal conveyor, the manger friction material is mainly caused by the force of its own gravity. Due to the use of certain types of belt conveyor, standardization, such as LS has type screw conveyor. This design introduces the working principle of the spiral conveyer, analyzed the main parameters of screw conveyor for its performance and conveying capacity, expounds the design parameters of the screw conveyor and determine the principles and methods.
