地理信息系统在城市规划中的应用
摘要
近年来,地理信息系统技术在城市规划中的应用受到我国城市规划业务部门和学术界的广泛关注。本文从GIS在城市规划中的应用现状出发,针对地理信息系统在城市规划的应用进展中存在着某些问题,结合GIS技术的发展,讨论GIS在城市规划中的发展方向。文章着重提出通过三维可视化技术(VR)实现城市规划方案,并应用WebGIS和VRML技术实现公众参与的咨询反馈体系的建立。

The Application of GIS in the Urban Planning
Abstract
In recent years, the application of the geographical information system technology in the urban planning receives the business segments of urban planning of our country and extensive concern of the academia. This text will set out from GIS current application situations in the urban planning , there are some questions in the application progress of the urban planning to the geographical information system, combine the development of GIS technology, discuss GIS developing direction in the urban planning . The article proposes realizing the urban programme through the visual technology (VR ) of the three-dimension emphatically, using the WebGIS and VRML technology to consultation the system of the citizen’s participation and feedback buinding.

绪论
我国目前正处于城市的急剧发展时期,城市的规划建设显得尤其重要。如尽早在城市各职能部门中采用GIS技术,建立一个能聚集各种数据信息并能够快速分析和输出的系统,对城市各方面进行管理,对加快城市发展和提高现代化管理水平将起到极大作用。我国地理信息系统起步较晚,但在进入90年代后,随着计算机技术的普及和管理现代化需求的日益增长,部分城市开始进行地理信息系统的研究探索和建设,并取得了一定成效。目前有一些大、中城市的建设和规划部门都已
