Urbanization Level Abstract
The resources' aggregation is the prior condition of excellent allocation and high-efficiency. The resources aggregation can not only increase the value of itself, producing "1+ 1> 2" effects.,but also the harmonious development between the resources and the resources, the external environment can promote resources' gathering and the environment improvement.
The talent is an important strategic resource, and the talents' contention is booming in the world. The one who have talents will obtain petition advantage, every country or region is hope to e a talent Correlation highland and continuously produce many policies and improve talent environment to draw on talent . We can know although various of e on in medium and western region of our country to attract talent, the phenomenon of "the southeast of the peacock fly" still plays more important part in the flow of people, and the flowing direction of talent are always those regions of high-level economic,good-living environment and good techno-culture environment, . a region of high-level Urbanization.
Scholars have made a lot of research results about the flowing of the talent and talent aggregation not only ia the western country but also in our country. IN the world, these researches all agree with the reason of talent aggregation is that the region of aggregating talent has more advantage than region of flowing talent.
