织物键盘开关贯穿接结结构的织造与分析
摘要
电脑键盘、薄膜开关等开关装置具有不能卷曲、不可洗、占地面积大和携带不方便等缺点,为了克服这些缺点,设计了一个与传统键盘结构相似的柔性织物键盘开关。该键盘开关的结构为贯穿接结结构,包括上导电织物层、下导电织物层以及两端的支撑部分。上、下导电织物层中分别织入经向导电金属丝和纬向导电金属丝,两端支撑部分起隔离上下层作用。通过改变绝缘材料、孔洞尺寸、金属丝合股根数、间隔纬纱材料和孔洞上层纬纱材料这5个因素,织造18块织物开关。经过测试,得出用黑白相间纱线,孔洞尺寸为13纬,金属丝合股根数为2根,间隔纬纱为毛线,孔洞上层纬纱为锦纶弹性丝织造的织物开关总体效果最好。

ABSTRACT
Computer keyboard as well as membrane switch and other switch device have a series of defects, such as not curled, not washing, accounted for a large space, inconvenient to carry , etc. To e the defects, a flexible fabric keyboard switch was designed , which has a similar structure with the traditional keyboard. The structure of the keyboard switch is the through-interlacing structure, including upper conductive fabric layer,lower conductive fabric layer and the support parts of both ends. Metallic yarn were woven into the upper and lower layer of conductive fabric, the support parts of both ends play a role of isolating upper and lower. 18 fabric switches were created, by the way of changing the size of pore, number of wire partnership root, material of weft spacing hole upper weft and using different insulating material. After the test, a conclusion was draw that a best fabric switches by using black and white yarn, pore size of 13 latitude, two -wire partnership, interval weft of yarn and pore nylon spandex upper weft weaving is best.
