摘要
自动扶梯作为一种高效,便捷的运输工具被广泛应用于商场,车站,机场等人
流量大的场所。据统计,每天全球约有数亿人次乘坐自动扶梯。
随着国内经济的快速发展,特别是各地公共交通的快速发展,对大提升,重载
型的自动扶梯的需求越来越多,同时国家对设备的节能要求也越来越高,所以对自
动扶梯节能方式的研究成为当前研究的热点。
本论文以能量回馈制动装置在自动扶梯上的应用为研究对象,通过对比国内外
自动扶梯的几种常用节能模式的优缺点,阐述能量回馈制动技术在自动扶梯节能运
行上的应用前景,对交流变频调速和能量回馈制动装置的原理、组成和控制方案进
行详细论述,并结合自动扶梯的使用特点,设计能量回馈制动装置在自动扶梯上的
应用方案。
实验结果表明,带能量回馈制动装置的变频调速系统对于常态运行向下的自动
扶梯,特别是长期处于重载连续运行的公共交通型自动扶梯,其节能效果要明显优
于普通的变频调速系统,具有良好的应用前景!

RESEARCH ON ENERGY FEEDBACK SYSTEM
FOR ESCALATOR
ABSTRACT
As a kind of efficient and handy conveyance, escalator is widely used in emporium,
station and airdrome. On the basis of statistic, on the globe there are billions of people
embark escalator everyday.
Along with the quick development of domestic economy, especially the quick
development of public traffic, the requirement for big advancing and powerful loading
escalator e more and more. At the same time, the requirement for the energy saving
of the nation is higher. So manufactures are pay more attention to the research for the
mode of escalator’s energy saving.
This thesis make researches on energy feedback system used in escalator, contrast
with some frequently-used energy saving mode at home and abroad, expounding the
prospects of the energy feedback system in energy saving of the escalator, and describe
principles for VVVF and energy feedback system particularly, combine with peculiarity
of escalator, design the applied scheme of energy feedback system in escalator.
The experimental result show that VVVF with energy feedback system especially for
the escalator of public traffic which operate with heavy loading and continuous mode
the effect
