硅酸乙酯改性苯丙乳液及其乳胶漆的研制

[摘要] 苯丙乳液耐水性差,耐溶剂性差,附着力差。硅溶胶无毒、无味、耐久性好与水泥等碱性基材粘结强度高、耐溶剂、耐水性, 且价格便宜。采用硅酸乙酯和水为主要原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,水解生成硅溶胶。将硅溶胶与苯丙乳液混合,得到改性苯丙乳液,选取性能最优的改性苯丙乳液为成膜物质,按乳胶漆配方配置乳胶漆。最终得到附着力强,耐水性好,耐碱性好,成膜性好的苯丙乳胶漆。

[Abstract]: The styrene-acrylic emulsion water resistance, solvent resistance, poor adhesion. Silica sol non-toxic, tasteless, good durability and cement and other alkaline substrate high bonding strength, solvent resistance, water resistance is good, and the price is cheap. Using ethyl silicate and water as the main raw materials, sodium hydroxide as catalyst, was hydrolyzed silica sol. The silicon sol and styrene-acrylic emulsion is mixed, modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, selecting the optimal performance of the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion as film forming material, according to the configuration of latex paint latex paint formulations. Finally get strong adhesion, good water resistance, good alkali resistance, good film forming property of the emulsion pain
