摘要
汽车快速的发展与更新换代,汽车技术也在不断地提高,汽车驱动与悬架方面也在渐渐的完善。跟别的总成一样,汽车驱动桥与悬架采用了很多的新技术、新工艺零部件越来越多的采用通用规格、标准规格。
驱动桥的位置是整个汽车传动的末尾,后悬架与后驱动桥的设计往往有一定的关系后驱动桥是有主减速器,再加上差速装置和壳体还应该再加上一些传动装置,驱动桥还要承受一些汽车行进过程中的作用力,它还需要承担汽车的汽车的降速増扭等作用。而后悬架,特别是非独立悬架往往以后驱动桥壳为刚性结构传递载荷,悬架主要是用来缓和车身的力量冲击还有载荷的传递与衰减,车身车架与驱动桥之间的弹性链接为弹簧,与簧载质量与费簧载质量共同组成的系统就是汽车,悬架中还有减震器,它是一种阻尼元件,悬架还有一些横向拉杆,可以抵消汽车侧向力,悬架的设计还需考虑一些关于半轴的设计,半轴与车轮桥壳的链接方面。驱动桥结构跟悬架的结构有关系,整体式桥壳在很多强狂下我们都是见到的它是度路悬架,有时可能会使半独立的,因此,设计驱动桥和悬架需要相互借鉴与参考。
