摘要
物资,人才和资金并称为企业的三大资源,控制物资流是每个企业都需要做好的事情,物资流动主要包括采购,仓储和销售三大环节,传统的仓库管理使用各类表单来记录数据,最后需要盘点或统计时十分耗费时间和人力,采用购存销一体化管理系统管理系统对物资的出入情况进行管理,可以很方便地完成各类统计,为生产销售人员及时提供相关信息。在信息时代的今天,计算机在事务管理方面的应用已经相当广泛,但目前很多企业还停留在人工管理的水平上,显然很不适应时代发展的要求。为了高效率地管理企业内部物质,更好的做好企业内部的采购、销售和存储管理,适应减员增效机制的企业改革的需要,我们设计开发了我市顺景贸易有限公司内部购存销一体化管理系统,采用管理系统对物资的出入情况进行管理,可以很方便地完成各类统计,为生产销售人员及时提供相关信息,使该企业的物资管理工作走上了科学化和现代化的道路。
购存销管理系统是ERP的重要组成部分。在企业经营活动中,购存销管理系统是经营活动中连接市场和客户接口、获取利润的关键点,有效地运行购存销管理系统能够更好地改善企业经营活动和提高决策效率,使企业在面对复杂多变和竟争激烈的市场中具有极强的快速反应能力。
在开发的此种购存销管理系统当中,采购、销售、库存三个部门之间能够自动地传递文档、信息或任务。有机地将三部分集成为一个整体系统,以实现企业经营任务。由于购存销管理系统具有独立运行、协同运行和降低无效成本的特点,因此它是ERP系统核心组成部分之一,具有非常重要的地位。
购存销一体化系统是基于B/S架构,开发技术,开发工具为平台,SQL Sever为后台数据库,实现企业的采购、库存、销售管理等功能模块。并通过系统测试,对系统作最后验证。
