摘要
汽车发电机是汽车装配的必需品,是汽车电系的主要电源,更是汽车不可分割的重要组成部分,它在正常工作时,对除起动机以外的所有的用电设备供电,并向蓄电池充电,以补充蓄电池在使用中所消耗的电能。汽车发电机又集高技术、高难度于一身,是保证汽车迅速可靠起动和正常运行的至关重要的产品,可以满足现代汽车在多种情况下对发动机的高标准要求,并减少电瓶的充、放电频率,延长电瓶的使用寿命,在电瓶完全无电或脱离电瓶的特殊情况下,汽车仍可启动行驶,而且功率大。受到广大城市用户的广泛认可与应用,是体现汽车的重要标志之一。

Abstract
Automotive generator is a necessity for car assembly is the main vehicle electrical power line. It is an integral and important automobile parts. 随着汽车技术的进步,汽车的用电量越来越高。20年前,中级轿车的发电机输出功率一般只有500瓦左右,现在一般中级轿车发电机都在1000瓦左右。发电机功率的增加是随着车上用电设备增加而增加的。现在汽车上的发电机都是风冷式发电机,由皮带轮后的风扇吹风进入机壳进行冷却。在现有风冷式发电机构造的限制下,功率的增加必然会导致发电机体积的加大。
