摘要
随着互联网在全世界范围内的飞速发展,我国中小企业也开始开展一系列的B2C电子商务活动,各种类型的购物网站为消费者提供了大量的商品。但是,由于物流管理体系还不完善,跟不上B2C电子商务的发展速度,远远未能达到高效率低成本的效果。如果对B2C电子商务的物流问题没有足够的认识和充分的重视,B2C电子商务的优势就很难在我国发挥出来。因此,结合我国现状,对物流管理在B2C电子商务企业中的应用研究变得尤为迫切。
本文正是从上述角度出发,对于B2C电子商务以及物流行业之间的联系展开了分析,论述了物流管理在B2C电子商务企业中应用的现状以及存在的问题,并以京东商城为例提出了相应的解决办法,最后就B2C电子商务物流管理的发展趋势进行了探讨。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the , the smes in china have begun to carry out a series of B2C merce activities, various types of shopping sites to provide consumers with a large number modities. However, because of the logistics management system is not perfect, keep up the pace of development of B2C merce, far failed to achieve high efficiency and low cost effect. If the logistics of B2C merce is not enough understanding and full attention, B2C merce superiority will be very difficult to play in our country. Therefore, combined with the status in China, the application of logistics management in B2C merce enterprises e particularly urgent.
This text starts from this angle exactly, analyse the relationship between merce and logistics industry, discussed the current situation and existing problems of application of logistics management in B2C merce enterprises, and take Jingdong mall as an example to propose the corresponding solution,the development trend of B2C merce logistics management are finally discussed.
