电子商务下的逆向物流研究
摘要
从整个供应链角度来看,完整的物流系统应包括正向物流和逆向物流,逆向物流作为物流学领域中的一个新的分支,其重要性越来越被认识。作为物流学中一个新的研究领域,逆向物流有很强的实际研究价值。特别是对电子商务企业而言,逆向物流管理是否有效决定着其是否能在激烈的市场竞争中生存下去。由于电子商务的网络虚拟性,电子商务的发展离不开逆向物流的支持,逆向物流和电子商务的融合己经成为不可逆转的发展趋势。本文就是通过对国内外有关逆向物流的文献研究以及对某医药企业电子商务逆向物流情况的实际调研,探讨了基于电子商务的企业逆向物流管理问题。

Abstract
From the perspective of the entire supply chain, logistics system should include logistics and reverse logistics process, reverse logistics as a new branch biologistic, its importance has been increasingly known. As a new field,reverse logistics Fairlee worth studying in practice. Especially for electronic business enterprise, the efficient reverse logistics management decides whether it can survive in the fierce petition. Because electronic work is virtual,electronic business cannot leave reverse logistics support,and the fusion between reverse logistics and electronic business has already e the irreversible trend. Researching the domestic and foreign related literature and investigating actual situation which a medicine and E-business enterprise implemented reverse logistics, the thesis discussed enterprises' reverse logistics management based on E-business.
