债券信用评级问题的研究与分析
摘要:债券市场主要为债券的发行与买卖提供服务,是金融市场中重要的组成部分,我们本文提到的信用评级,其实就是相关机构对进入市场之前的债券进行评级。现在我国主要的被认可的信用评级机构有5家,通过国际交流与合作,基本掌握了国际最先进的评级技术。不过,我国该行业的发展还处于起步阶段,存在的问题还比较多,比较显著的特点为评级机构的数量比较多,但是质量较差,监管体系还不完善。所以,我国对于信用债券的监管需要统一起来,逐步完善监管体系。当然,也需要逐步构建信用评级机构市场竞争机制,避免存在利益上的冲突,以求在评级的过程中更加客观公正。

The research and analysis on the problem of the bond credit rating
Abstract:The bond market is an important part of the financial market,mainly is the issue and sale of bonds,bond credit rating of the the economic entity or corporate bonds issued by the credit rating of the credit our county is recognized as the main credit rating agencies have 5,through international exchanges and cooperation,the basic grasp of the international most advanced rating technology. But there are still some problems that need to be solved in China’s bond credit rating industry,such as the number of rating agencies,the quality of the rating is low,there is no uniform regulation and so in the future China should gradually unified bond credit regulation,form the unified supervision of credit rating system,at the same time to strengthen the credit rating agencies self-discipline and market elimination mechanism,and improve the relevant regulations,to avoid a conflict of interest generated in the rating process.
