某历史街区修复工程
摘要:该历史文化街区地处吴文化发源地、中国近代民族工商业发祥地,也是京杭大运河申报世界文化遗产的典型风貌河段。近年来,该市着力保护街区历史遗存、传承历史文脉、创新街区发展、复兴街区功能,按历史建筑原有风貌和传统样式修缮或复建该街区两侧等建筑。通过对某历史文化街区的保护、整治、复兴工程,从而在保留原有传统建筑的基础上,再现昔日古宅群落风貌,以实现将该历史街区打造成集世界文化遗产旅游、休闲度假、文博艺术欣赏体验于一体的国际旅游街区目标,使之成为最具江南文化特色、最显运河风情的绝美之地。

Restoration of a historical blocks - Phase
Abstract: The historical and cultural district is located in the cradle of Wu culture, the birthplace of modern Chinese national industry merce, but also the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, the typical style of World Cultural Heritage River. In recent years, the city's efforts to protect the historical relics blocks, passing historical context, innovation and neighborhood development, neighborhood revitalization function, according to the original appearance of historic buildings and traditional style of repair or rehabilitation of other buildings on both sides of the street. Through the protection of a historical and cultural blocks, renovation, rehabilitation engineering, resulting in the preservation of traditional architecture, based on the reproduction of old style old munity in order to achieve the historic district playing a set of world cultural heritage tourism, leisure, museums and cultural art appreciation experience in one of the objectives of the international tourist district, making it the most southern culture, most notably the stunning style canal land.

一、工程概况
(一)总述
1、工程名称:某历史文化街区修复二期工程。(主体三至四层,地下一层为连体地下室。)
2、建筑面积:11600M2
3、结构形式:框架结构
4、基础形式:泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩+混凝土底板
5、建筑层数:3-4层
6、抗震设防:三级8度
7、工程层高:(标准层)
8、檐口高度:2#、3#、4#;5#、 6#、 7#
9、砌体形式:
内墙:240厚多孔粘土砖;
外墙:清水砖
10、楼面做法:商务会所、门厅为磨光大理石;楼梯采用强化复合木地板;厨房、卫生间等均采用防滑通体砖
11、内粉:大部分为清水砖墙面,卫生间、厨房间等配套房间为面砖墙面。顶棚:除厨房、卫生间外均采用板底刮腻子面层乳胶漆做法;厨房、卫生间为铝合金方板吊顶。
12、门窗工程:内部主要为木门及塑钢门窗;玻璃选用空气层9mm的中空玻璃,卫生间采用磨砂玻璃窗户外加木百叶装饰;公共部分为防火门,窗为塑钢窗。
13、外墙饰面:主要以清水砖墙及白色涂料为主,防石涂料及石材为辅。
14、屋面工程:坡屋面上铺块瓦形式,建筑外形具民国建筑风格。
