reformofsocialsystem,extendpublicservice,perfectsocialmanagement,and

instructed,thelaborerspaid,thepatientscured,theelderlysupported,and
everybodyhaveahousetolivein,throughwhichwecanpushtheconstructionof
aharmonysocietyandquickentheestablishmentofthesocialsecuritysystemof
theurbanandruralresidentsinthatwecanguaranteepeople’Sessentiallives.”
ForadaptingtothetimerequirementofconstructingtheChinese・featuredsocial
