河南中小企业融资难原因及对策分析.doc

当前,国家已经把中原经济区建设纳入“十二五”规划,在这个破解中小企业融资难的大好环境下,如何抓住机会,改善目前河南中小企业融资难的现状十分关键。河南省政府按照“繁荣主体、拓宽市场、完善杠杆、规范发展”的思路,提出深入推进与各商业银行总行的战略合作,积极推动银企对接,力争全年新增融资规模3600亿元。组织开展千家“小巨人”企业信贷培育活动,努力破解中小企业融资难题。河南中小企业在推动经济增长,促进就业和技术创新方面发挥着重要作用。中小企业关乎促进就业、改善民生、经济发展和社会稳定的大局。支持中小企业就是增加就业、保障民生,就是最大的民生工程。
中小企业融资难,究其原因是多方面的。本文依据国内外中小企业融资研究基础理论,以文献法作为主要研究方法,通过对大量统计数据和资料分析,结合河南省省情,从民间资本、直接融资渠道、间接融资渠道、担保机构及企业自身几个方面分析了河南中小企业融资难问题所在。又从合理引导民间资本、政府、金融机构、担保体系制度、企业自身如何“用功”五个方面寻找对策。以便于我省中小企业融资困境能得到缓解,为加快中原经济区建设做贡献。
