低碳经济背景下我国对外贸易发展及对策研究
[摘要]由于人为排放的二氧化碳等温室气体的日益增多,引起了全球气候变暖,反过来又影响到人类自身的生存和发展。降低碳排放强度就成为保护我们共同的地球的客观需要。低碳经济日益受到世界各国关注的原因除了全球气候变暖的事实外,也符合各国经济利益上的追求目标。在各国应对经济危机,推动全球经济复苏中,展现出向节能低碳的更为绿色的经济转变的良好势头,中国面临着发展经济、消除贫困和减缓温室气体排放的多重压力,应对气候变化的形势严峻,任务繁重。我们应当抓住这个实际,把加快实施低碳经济发展纳入国家战略,及早发展低碳经济,促使中国生态经济社会有机整体的可持续发展。我国国内外的现实显示了我国加快发展低碳经济的迫切性,同时也决定了中国的低碳经济之路依然面临着诸多机遇和挑战。
本论文就低碳经济的提出发展及其对我国对外贸易的的影响进行了分析和总结,并从在低碳热潮中我国所遇到的机遇和挑战两方面阐述了在面对全球“低碳经济”时代我国对外贸易发展的对策。

The Developing Countermeasures and Study of China’s Foreign Trade on the Background of Low-carbon Economy
[Abstract] Global climate e warmer and warmer owing to the increasing of human emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. In turn, it affects the survival and development of human beings themselves. Therefore, lowing the intensity of emissions of carbon dioxide has e mon objective need to protect the earth. In addition to the truth that global climate is ing warmer and warmer, the increasing concern from the world on low carbon dioxide also coincides with the goal that every country is pursuing in economical benefit. In the process of coping with financial crisis and promoting the recovery of global economy, it shows a good tendency of the transformation to power-saving and low carbon as well as greener economy. China is facing multitude pressures of developing economy, eliminating poverty and relieving the emission of greenhouse gases, consequently, there is a long way for China to go in the process of coping with the serious situations of vulnerable climate. We should seize the reality to put the acceleration of carrying out low-carbon economy into national strategy, develop low-carbon economy early and promote the sustainable development of dynamic integration of Chinese ecological economy society.
