Oil maintenance
Oil road is one of the most important contents in machine maintenance. The role of oil circuit is:
1. Minimizes the surface area of the two rigid surfaces, thereby reducing the wear and tear on both surfaces. With less wear and tear, the machine has less damage and less energy.
2. As a result of the oil liquid, the heat generated by the machine parts being taken away by oil, so that the machine parts working under normal temperature (not cause thermal deformation), ensure the accuracy of the machine drive.
3. Anticorrosion. Because of the presence of oil on the surface of the part, the air is separated from the part of the part to prevent oxidation. In particular, high-speed moving parts are more demanding because of the high surface temperature and more prone to oxidation.
4. Seal. There is always a gap between the two surfaces due to the machining error on the part surface. If two surfaces are lubricated, the two surfaces can form free space.
5. Increase the contact area between the parts so that the machine runs smoothly. The surface of the parts always has the processing error, so the contact area between ponents cannot reach 100 percent.
