摘要
自卸汽车是利用本车发动机动力驱动液压举升机构,将其车厢倾斜一定角度卸货,并依靠车厢自重使其复位的专用汽车。
目前国内生产的自卸汽车其卸货方式为散装货物沿汽车大梁卸下,卸货高度都是固定的。若需要将货物卸到较高处或使货物堆积得较高些,目前的自卸汽车就难以满足要求。为此需设计一种高位自卸汽车,它能将车厢举升到一定高度后再倾斜车厢卸货。其创新之处在于,利用剪差机构和油缸的动力,将车厢举起并且向后略微一动,从而解决了将货物卸到较高处或是货物堆积的较高些的难题。
高位自卸车最近的技术发展趋势主要是应用技术在自卸车上的推广使用。在未来的发展中,对于高位自卸车等特种车辆对其安全性和稳定性以及舒适性更加看重。
本次毕业设计,我选择了高位自卸车举升机构设计,本次论文主要论述了专用汽车的发展,并对高位自卸汽车的类别使用范围以及相关发展前景和市场进行简单分析,对于在设计方面上,对举升机构和翻转机构进行了相关的几种方案分析并选定,同时介绍了高位举升车的主要结构、工作原理,然后进行了相关零部件尺寸和液压传动系统等的设计计算。最后,对举升臂的材料经行分析并选定,完成本次毕业设计规定内容。

Abstract
