The power grid engineering is an ponent of the infrastructure in China, which requires huge amount of investment.
2008年11月南方电网和国家电网的投资计划,预计在未来两年两网实际投资额为7000亿元。
According to the investment plan of Southern Power Grid and the State Grid in November 2008, it is expected that in the next two years both the Southern Power Grid and the State Grid will make an investment of 700 billion yuan.
国家电网未来3年投资额约为1·16万亿元,提升幅度约为38%,年均将增加1500亿元。
The State Grid plans to invest approximately trillion yuan in the next 3 years, up by 38%, marking an average annual increase of 150 billion yuan.

国家电网分管北方各省电网,公司及其下属企业业务涵盖了电网系统的投资、规划设计、设备研发和生产、施工和监理、运行维护
The State Grid is in charge of the power grids in provinces of northern China, the businesses of pany and its subsidiary enterprises cover the investment, planning design, equipment R&D and production, construction and supervision, operation and maintenance of the power grid system.
这对于推行工程全寿命期管理在体制方面的障碍较少。
This involves less system obstacles toward promoting the life cycle management for engineering.
