废旧电池有偿回收装置的设计

摘要
目前,随着各种电子器具的广泛使用,电池的使用越来越多。电池的电能用完以后便成为废品,被人们随便丢弃。由于电池内含有一些有毒和难以分解的物质,因而会对环境造成严重的污染。如果有专门用于电池回收的装置,则可避免对环境的污染。本文设计了一种废旧电池的有偿回收装置,它是通过对自动售货机的投币装置及货物送出装置原理的理解设计出来的,它的计数装置用了红外传感器和计数器电路实现,奖励送出装置则可实现投入不同数量的电池可以选择得到不同的奖励物品。该设计结构简单,成本低廉,制作使用方便。可避免旧电池对环境造成污染,保持环境清洁卫生,提高人们的环保意识。

第1章前言

废电池虽小,危害却甚大。但是由于废电池污染不像垃圾、空气和水污染那样可以凭感官感觉得到,具有很大的隐蔽性,所以没有得到应有的重视。目前,我国已成为电池生产和消费的大国,废电池污染是迫切需要解决的一个重大环境问题。
