摘要
汽车故障诊断仪是维修中非常重要的检测工具。尽管其使用方法比较简单,但是要充分发挥仪器的各项功能,快速找准故障,维修人员在使用中还有一些需注意的地方,文章结合维修实例做一些说明,交流对故障诊断仪使用的体会。

关键词:汽车故障诊断仪、维修实例、使用体会。
绪论
随着现代汽车技术的快速发展,汽车各总成的结构越来越复杂,高新技术特别是电子技术、计算机技术在汽车上得到了越来越广泛的应用,汽车故障诊断技术从传统的问、看、听、闻、触等经验诊断方式,发展为以集成化、智能化的诊断设备为手段,以信息技术为依托的现代汽车故障诊断技术。与人工的方法相比,采用电脑故障诊断仪使得汽车的修理相当先进和轻松,维修人员只要把诊断仪的插头插在汽车的诊断座上,接下去做的就是根据诊断仪的提示按键,就可以了解汽车的病因。随着现代科学技术的进步,特别是计算机技术的进步,汽车检测技术也飞速发展。目前人们能依靠各种先进的仪器设备,对汽车进行不解体检测,而且安全、迅速、可靠。其发展远景是自动寻找故障和实现诊断,提高诊断的准确程度和以最小的劳动消耗实现高的可靠性。
汽车故障诊断仪是通过判断ECU的输入、输出电压是否在规定的范围内变化时,可以判断电子控制系统工作是否正常。当电子控制系统中的某一电路出现超出规定
