摘要
对山东省东西部区域经济差异问题,从时间和空间两个尺度进行分析,得出东部地区较西部地区经济水平高,发展速度快的结论。接着从区位条件、能源资源、劳动力水平、地区产业结构、经济基础和政府政策等五个角度深层次探讨了山东省东西部区域经济差异的形成原因,对如何利用区位优势优先发展东部地区,使之更好的带动西部的发展,如何发挥中心城市在区域经济协调发展中的作用、如何调整区域产业布局建立补型产业结构及如何发挥宏观调控作用促进区域共同发展等方面, 提出了山东省区域经济协调发展的有关对策。

Abstract
In this paper, in allusion to the issue of regional economic differences of eastern Shandong Province, draw conclusions. That is the eastern region of high economic level, the development speed than the western region. From the regional conditions, energy resources, labor standards, local industrial structure, economic base and the government policy of five deep-seated point of view ,the causes of regional economic differences of the eastern Shandong Province has been discussed. In the end ,the coordinated development of regional economy in Shandong Province of relevant countermeasures has been presented for how to give priority to the development of regional advantages in eastern to make the east a better development of the western drive, how to play a central city in the regional economic development role ,how to adjust the layout of the establishment of regional industrial structure plement-based industries and how to play the role of macroeconomic regulation to promote regional co-development etc.
