日产300吨废旧箱纸板再生箱纸板生产车间初步设计
摘要:回收利用使用过的纸张和纸制品,在世界范围内,正在越来越得到重视。近年,国内外箱纸板市场需求增加。作为箱纸板的原料,大约50%的废纸板、废报纸都可以利用。目前,我国以废纸为原料生产纸或纸板的纸厂数量在不断增加,除大厂利用进口废纸外,大部分中小纸厂多以国产废纸为主要原料。纸厂一般采用处理废纸的成套设备,用于对废纸进行碎解、净化、筛选、脱墨、洗涤、复选、热分散、漂白等处理以获得高质量的纸浆。

Abstract: Recycling of used paper and paper products in the world, are increasingly being taken seriously. In recent years, domestic and international market demand cardboard boxes. As a raw material for cardboard boxes, about 50% of the waste paper board, waste paper can be used. At present, the waste paper as raw material of paper or paperboard mill production is increasing the number, in addition to use of imported waste paper manufacturers, the majority of small paper mills and more to domestic waste paper as raw material. Commonly used treatment of waste paper mill equipment, used to break to pieces on the paper, purification, screening, deinking, washing, check, heat dispersion and bleaching treatment to obtain high-quality pulp.
