摘要
本文是在“全国第二次土地调查后土地利用变更数据更新技术”项目的基础上,对“3S”技术的集成和应用进行了深入的研究和扩展,分析了“3S”技术的集成模式和其在土地利用变更调查中的基本应用方法。由于我国各地的经济和土地利用状况不同,本课题是根据土地利用变更速度的不同和土地利用现状图比例尺的大小不同,主要研究了“3S”集成技术之于土地利用变更调查的方法,制定出相应的土地利用变更调查技术路线。针对传统土地利用变更调查方法在数据的采集和处理阶段的过程繁琐、精度低的弊端,本文设计了基于“3S”集成技术的土地利用变更调查在内外业一体化的系统,该系统与传统的调查研究方法相比较,内、外业工作衔接更加紧密,实现了全程无纸化操作,减少了操作过程中的人为干预,降低了出错的概率,大大提高了土地利用变更调查的效率。

Abstract
Based on the project of “The second land survey of key technology research and change data”, an expand study on “3S” integration is carried on this paper, which analyzed the mode and application of “3S”technology integration. Because there are different economy and land use status with different place in our country, this paper research the method of land use change survey based on “3S” technology integration in country and city respectively, according as the different scale of the land use actuality map and the different speed of land use change set down different technology method. Aim at the abuse of cockamamie process and low precision by the traditional method of land use change survey, this paper design a outside-inside work incorporate system in land use change survey, Compared with traditional method, land use change survey based on “3S” technology is more efficiency, because it make outside work and inside pact, achieve work without paper, reduce the error probability in the land use change survey, and enhance efficiency of land use change survey.
