摘要
纳滤是80年代中期发展起来的介于超滤和反渗透之间的同属于压力驱动的新型膜分离技术。纳滤膜通常是带电荷的,荷电纳滤膜可通过静电斥力排斥溶液中与膜上所带电荷相同的离子。纳滤膜技术因其独特的性能,使得它在许多领域具有其他膜技术无法替代的地位,它的出现不仅完善了膜分离过程,而且大有替代某些传统分离方法的趋势。
本文通过在聚芳醚砜(PES)超滤膜表面依次紫外辐照接枝聚合亲水性单体对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)和***丙烯酰氧乙基三******化铵(DMC) , 制备了一种亲水性的***荷电纳滤膜。通过ATR-FTIR和表面水接触角的研究,结果表明膜表面的接枝率和亲水性随着辐照时间和单体在接枝溶液中的浓度的增加而增加。通过测定膜的纯水通量和对不同盐溶液表观截留率的变化,系统研究了接枝条件和操作条件对膜的分离性能的影响。结果表明,用这种方法制成的亲水性***荷电纳滤膜对盐溶液的截留性能与两种单体在接枝液中的接枝条件和操作条件有关。该膜对由高价同离子和低价反离子组成的盐表现出优良的截留作用。

Abstract
Nanofiltration,between ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis,is a new type of pressure-driven membrane separation technology developed from mid- is usually charged, and charged nanofiltration membrane can be excluded by electrostatic repulsion the charge of the solution with the same ionic technology because of its unique properties, makes it in many areas can not be replaced with other status of membrane technology, it appears not only to improve the membrane separation process, and a great alternative to the trend of some of the traditional separation methods.
In this article , a hydrophilic amphoteric nanofiltration membrane was prepared by UV irradiation essive graft polymerization of sodium styrenesulfonate (SSS) and methyl acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) onto the surface of ultrafiltration membranes made of Polyethersulfone (PES).Analysis of ATR-FTIR and contact angles of the modified membrane showed that the grafting degree of the membrane and their hydrophilicity increased with the irradiation time and the monomer concentration in grafting effect of grafting condition and operation condition on the membrane performances was studied by measuring the pure water flux and salt results showed that the separation performances of the amphoteric nanofiltration membrane were related to the grafti
