序列比对是生物信息学的基础,通过比对获得大量的序列信息,可以推断基因的结构、功能和进化关系。序列比对就是运用特定的数学模型,寻找两个或多个序列间的最大匹配碱基或残基数,比对结果反映了序列间的相似关系及其生物学特征。

法是一种求解复杂优化问题的模拟进化算法,本课题本文
研究的主要内容为利用该算法求解序列比对问题,主要包括以下几个方面:对于不同的序列集,在设定的参数下,系统求出比对的得分,并统计算法运行时间,对于给定的序列集,当算法中涉及的参数发生变化时,系统能够正确运行,并分析参数设置与算法性能之间的关系,分析算法计算时间与序列长度、序列个数的关系。本文主要利用C语言对序列比对问题进行蚁群算法的编程实现。
