企业融资方式选择与风险防范
摘要
随着我国经济的不断增长和对外开放程度的不断深化,我国金融市场逐渐与国际接轨。在这种情况下,我国企业的融资方式选择和风险防范应该成为企业、企业利益相关者和学界探讨的课题。一方面,我国企业长期封闭经营,缺乏财务意识和规避融资风险的能力;另一方面,我国金融市场不健全,政府相关部门依然没有放开对金融行业的门槛要求。这样的局面直接导致我国企业融资难,尤其是民营中小型企业融资就更难。本文简要介绍了企业融资方式与风险防范的现状、初步分析了我国企业融资所面临的问题,并提出了一些对策建议。

Corporate financing options and risk prevention
Abstract
As China's economy growing and deepening openness, China's financial market line with international standards. In this case, the choice of corporate financing and risk prevention should be the business stakeholders and the academic study of the issue. On the one hand, the long-term closure of business operations, lack of financial awareness and avoid financial risks; the other hand, China's financial market is not perfect, is still not released the relevant government departments on the threshold of the financial industry requirements. This situation directly led to difficulties in financing China's enterprises, especially private small and medium enterprise financing even more difficult. This paper introduces the way of corporate finance and risk prevention in the status quo, a preliminary analysis of the problems faced by corporate finance, and put forward some suggestions.

资金是企业生存和发展的保障,长期以来有很多的学者和企业管理人员、政府相关部门都对企业的融资方式和融资风险给予了极大的关注。很多学者的研究成果给企业的融资方式和风险防范带来了新的思考途径,企业管理人员的实践创新为企业的融资策略注入新鲜思维,政府出台的相关政策也对企业融资的进行和拓展开启了新的通道。尽管如此,在现阶段我国企业融资难和融资风险难预测的现状依然没有得到改善,企业融资难尤其是中小企业
