摘要
苏州正在全力建设成一个区域功能性的金融中心,创建成一个为金融服务的创新型地区、金融资源的集聚区、金融运行的安全区。本文在理论分析的基础上结合区域金融中心的功能,作用、形成条件,运用SWOT分析方法,通过分析苏州构建区域金融中心的优势与劣势,来探究创建一个区域性的金融中心的必要性、可行性,最后对于苏州接下来构建区域性金融中心提出了进一步的方案策略。
研究显示在建设区域金融中心方面,苏州在地理区位、经济总量、金融体系、金融发展前景、基础设施建设中有明显的优势。随着党的十八届三中全会的召开,苏州区域金融中心建设迎来了良好机遇,因此苏州必须充分利用现有的金融基础,并把握好经济发展、金融改革的浪潮,认真务实地推进各项工作。建设区域金融中心,既要发挥市场配置资源的决定性作用,也要发挥政府的引导调控作用。

ABSTRACT
Suzhou to create functional regional financial center, build a financial service innovation, concentrated area of financial resources, the operation of the financial safety. In this paper, on the basis of theoretical bined with the function of the regional financial center, role, forming conditions, using SWOT analysis method, through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the construction of regional financial center in Suzhou, to explore the necessity, feasibility of the construction of regional financial center in Suzhou, finally puts forward some help to Suzhou constructing regional financial center development strategy.
Research shows that in the construction of regional financial center, Suzhou in geographical location, economy, financial system, financial development prospects, has obvious advantages in the construction of infrastructure.
