无形资产评估中存在的问题与对策
摘要
随着无形资产在企业发展中重要性的增强,无形资产的交易日益活跃,无形资产能够为企业带来超额利润,往往决定着企业在市场竞争中的胜负,甚至决定着企业的命运。因此,随着改革开放的深化,国家,企业和个人都应充分意识到无形资产的重要性。但是无形资产评估在我国也存在着众多问题,其中既有无形资产的发展不完善所带来的问题,也有在评估过程中一些方法操作不当所带来的问题。为了有效发挥资产评估的巨大作用,本文指出了无形资产评估中存在的问题,并针对这些问题给出了相关对策。

Problems and Countermeasures in the evaluation of intangible assets
Abstract
With intangible assets in the enterprise development in the importance of strengthening, intangible assets transactions has e increasingly active the intangible asset can bring extra profits to pany, often determines the enterprise in petition victory and defeat, and even determines the fate of the enterprise. Therefore, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the state, enterprises and individuals should be fully aware of the importance of intangible assets. But intangible assets evaluation in our country there are many problems, including inadequate development of intangible assets, there are problem in the assessment process in some ways improper operation caused by. In order to play a great role in the evaluation of assets, this paper points out the problems existing in the evaluation of intangible assets, and gives some countermeasures to solve these problems.
