摘要
秘书人员的礼仪修养是其工作必备素质的重要组成方面,由于秘书工作岗位职能和业务范围的特殊性,针对秘书人员的礼仪修养又有一定的专门性和特殊性,因此针对秘书人员的礼仪修养的研究,能够帮助秘书从业者能够科学,全面地认识自身礼仪修养的内容和组成要素,并且作为工作中的注意事项来加以规范,从而更好地为自己的工作而服务。
研究秘书礼仪修养主要从秘书礼仪修养的科学内涵,重要组成内容,礼仪修养的构成特性,以及秘书礼仪修养对秘书工作的主要关系等方法着手研究。
本文围绕着秘书人员礼仪修养的含义,主要构成,以及行业本身所具有的专业性特点,进行了分析,比较全面地揭示了秘书人员礼仪修养的重要构成要素。在此基础上分析了秘书礼仪修养对于秘书工作的重要作用,最后,提出了针对秘书人员自身礼仪修养提升的相关途径。

Abstract
Etiquette is an important plishment secretarial position of the essential qualities of their work, due to the special nature of the functions of the Secretary of jobs and business scope, etiquette training for secretarial staff has a certain expertise and specificity, and therefore for the secretarial staff of etiquette research training, can help the practitioner to the Secretary of scientific prehensive understanding of the content of their constituent elements and etiquette training, and work as the precautions to be regulated in order to better service for their work.
Research secretary etiquette training mainly from the scientific connotation secretary etiquette training, the important content, constitute characteristic etiquette training, as well as the Secretary of etiquette training for secretarial work of key relationships and other methods.
