【】目的:探讨急性食物中毒的应急护理。方法:回顾性分析2012年
2月〜2013年3月我院收治的36例食物中毒患者的临床资料,总结护理措施和以及应急护理办法。结果:通过实施应急护理方案,快速建立了静脉通道,及时进行催吐、洗胃,有效减轻了患者中毒症状,效果良好。2d后20例患者出院, 4d后12例患者出院,7d内4例患者出院。无1例有不良反应出现。结论:食物中毒一般呈现为爆发性,食物中毒后需大量的人力物力,再通过应急护理元,加强组织安排,有效合理调配资源,及时对患者进行催吐洗胃,建立静脉通道,输入相关药物并需做好患者家属心理护理工作。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the emergency nursing of acute food poisoning. Methods: retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 36 cases of food in
2012 February ~2013 year in March in our hospital were poisoning patients,
summarize the nursing measures and emergencynursing measures. Results: through
the implementation of emergency nursing plan, quickly establish intravenous access,
timely emetic, gastric lavage, effectively relieve patients symptoms of poisoning,
good results. After 2D, 20 patients were discharged after 4D, 12 patients were
discharged, 4 patients discharged from the hospital within 7d. No adverse reaction
occurred in 1 cases. Conclusion: food poisoning outbreak of food poisoning usually
takes, need a lot of manpower and material resources, and through the emergency care, strengthen anization, effective and reasonable allocation of resources,
