广丙南宁市武警广丙总队医院神经内科广丙南宁530003 【】目的:探究急性高血压性脑出血治疗中尼莫地平的应用价值。方法: 选择我院2014年6月-2015年5月之间收治的158例急性高血压性脑出血患者作为观察对象,应用随机数法将其分为实验组和参照组各79例。两组患者采取同样的常规治疗措施,实验组在此基础上加用尼莫地平进行干预。对比两组的临床疗效。结果:两组患者通过治疗临床症状均得到改善,实验组的治疗有效率高于参照组,结果只有统计学意义(P<);同时,实验组患者的神经功能缺损评分改善结果优于参照组,差异结果只有统计学意义(P<)。结论:急性高血压性脑出血治疗应用尼莫地平的临床疗效较好,对于改善祌经功能、促进患者康复的意义重大。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage in
the value of the nimodipine. Methods: Select hospital in June 2014 -2015 years were
