目的:探讨急救气管插管术的配合与相关护理措施。方法:选取2013年 11月-2015年5月我院收治的40例行急救气管插管术患者作为研究对象,探讨术中的配合及护理措施。结果:一次插管成功患者38例(95%),—,平均插管时间为(±) h。气管插管后有25例患者接受机械通气治疗。结论:医护之间的配合能在急救的过程中显著地缩短插管时间,为患者争取最佳的抢救时机。护理人员应该熟练地掌握气管插管步骤的配合及相关的护理知识,有利于控制死亡率及伤残率的发生。

Abstract: objective: to explore the emergency treatment endotracheal intubation
cooperate with relevant nursing measures. Methods: select in November 2013-40
routine in May 2015 in our hospital emergency treatment endotracheal intubation
patients as the research object, discuss the cooperation and nursing measures.
Results: a essful intubation in patients with 38 cases (95%) in patients with tracheal intubation time of - h, the average time for intubation ( + ) h. Endotracheal intubation after 25 patients treated with mechanical
ventilation. Conclusion: the medical cooperation between in the process of
emergency intubation significantly shorten the time and save time for patients to get
the best. Nursing staff should skillfully master endotracheal intubation with the steps
and related knowledge of nursing, is helpful to control the occurrence of mortality
and disability rate.
