摘要
近年来,美欧日等发达国家出现了一股新贸易保护主义思潮,旨在经济全球化的条件下,按照本同的经济社会特征,强化在世界经济体系中的话语权和规则制定权,
维持其在国际经济竞争中的支配地位。新贸易保护主义是当今全球经济博弈的新形式,对中国外贸的发展也有较大的负面影响。来自WTO发布的信息显示,截至2012年,中国已连续17年成为世界上遭受反倾销调查和被实施反倾销措施数量最多的国家。针对新贸易保护主义的盛行以及中国企业拓展国际市场的难度加大,本文通过阐述新贸易保护主义定义、表现、特征以及对中国进出口贸易影响的数据分析,简单了解新贸易保护主义的危害,并提出扩大内需、建立预警机制、推进外贸多元化、加快直接投资等建议。

Abstract
