【】目的:探讨急诊诊疗流程在急诊护理管理中应用的临床效果。方
法:于我院2013年和2014年收治的患者中分别选取178例,以2014年的患者作为研究组,应用急诊诊疗流程,2013年采用常规护理管理方法,将该阶段患者作为对照组,观察两组患者护理的效果。结果:研究组患者的护理满意度以及护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<),異有统计学意义。研究组患者护理纠纷和风险事故发生的几率明显低于对照组患者,差异其有统计学意义(P<)o结论:在急诊护理管理中,采用急诊诊疗流程,能够有效提高急诊护理管理的质量,减少护理纠纷的发生,提高患者的护理满意度,值得进一步推广使用。
