【】目的:对比替吉奥与厄洛替尼治疗晚期非小细胞癌的疗效。方法.•
将82例患者分为替吉奥组和厄洛替尼组,分别接受替吉奥胶囊口服治疗与盐酸厄洛替尼片口服治疗。观察患者的近期疗效及不良反应。结果:两组患者的疾病缓解率,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<);疾病控制率相比差异不显著, 无统计学意义(P>)o结论:(1)替吉奥与厄洛替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌均可在一定程度上缓解疾病、控制疾病,并提高无疾病进展期与总生存期。(2) 替吉奥治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及安全性均优于厄洛替尼,但远期疗效与厄洛替尼相比稍差。
