摘要
为了在充填工作面和完成开采的充填巷道进行矸石充填,充填悬挂式刮板输送机这种挠性牵引的连续输送机械正在逐渐被各类煤矿所重视。与一般的刮板输送机类似,充填刮板输送机的刮板链是其牵引机构,中部槽是它的承载装置,在中部槽的槽面安装着刮板链。沿着全线铺设着中部槽的运输路线,中部槽中放置着由绕经机头的刮板链与链轮连接而形成的封闭装置。通过悬挂装置悬挂于液压支架尾梁上,随着液压支架的移动而移动,向已完成开采的工作面充填矸石,从而尽量消除传统开采工艺所带来的遗留问题。在25°以下的条件,充填刮板输送机能够顺利的安全使用。由于在使用中刮板输送机要多种作用例如:拉、压、弯曲、冲击摩擦和腐蚀等,所以,足够的强度、刚度、耐磨和耐腐蚀性就成为了刮板输送机必须要有的特性。物料和刮板链都是以在槽内滑行的方式进行运动,因此有很大的运行阻力和磨损。但是,在充填矸石的作业当中,更好的可代替机械还没有研制出来,所以只能不断研究结构、强度和制造工艺,最终研制出完善耐用的产品。本充填刮板输送机运量可达1000t/h,技术先进,工作可靠,是充填设备设备的优秀机型。

ABSTRACT
Filling hanging scraper conveyor is a flexible traction continuous conveyor machinery for filling mining face and finish filling the roadway filling gangue and mechanical layout . Its body is pulling the scraper chain , carrying device is a central groove , groove face scraper chain installed in the middle of the slot . Central groove along the transport route lay across the board , scraper chain around by the nose , tail sprocket then placed in the middle of a closed -shaped groove . Through suspension beam suspension at the end of the hydraulic support , as mobile hydraulic support moves to pleted filling mined waste rock face , so try to eliminate the remaining issues caused by conventional mining techniques .
