基于关键链的项目时间管理方法研究
摘要
“按时、保质地完成项目”必定是每一位项目经理最希望做到的,但工期拖延的情况却时常发生。因而合理地安排项目时间是项目管理中一项关键内容,它的目的是保证按时完成项目、合理分配资源、发挥最佳工作效率。本文主要是基于关键链的项目时间管理方法的研究,关键链项目管理方法是约束理论在项目管理中的应用。本文主要分析的是在对关键链项目管理方法的基本思想和理论基础分析介绍的基础上,针对如何利用关键链将项目计划与项目进度控制更好的结合进行了研究和评价,利用项目管理领域相关知识,补充了缓冲区管理的方法和实施步骤,并运用了实例进行了求证。

Based on key chains of the project time management method
Abstract
"Condition and on pletion of projects" every project manager is probably the most hope. However, the situation is schedule delays were frequent. Thus a reasonable time to arrange the project is a key in project management, its purpose is to ensure pletion, rational allocation of resources, to achieve the best efficiency. This paper is mainly based on key chain project time management methods of research, key chain project management method is constraint theory application in project management. This paper mainly analysis of key chain in the project management method of basic ideological and theoretical basis of analysis introduction, based on how to use the key chain will project planning and project schedule control better is studied and bination of evaluation of project management domain knowledge, plement the buffer management method and the implementation steps, and using the example verification.

引言
关键链项目进度管理方法是约束理论在项目管理中的应用。关键链是继关键路径法和计划评审技术之后项目管理领域取得重要进展之一。关键链技术克服了传统进度计划管理局限性,考虑了时间和资源双重约束,利用聚合原理缩短项目工期,通过配置缓冲区以消除不确定性。在项目实施过程中,通过对缓冲区的管理实现对项目进度管控。
