The key ways municate are through: Shift Briefings Monthly munication Board Open Door Policy DO 4A munication部门沟通 Scheduling, Working Hours & Breaks工作安排,工作时间和休息 DO 5A Schedules are posted every week by 5 days (date/time) Schedules may be adjusted upon business demand. It is your responsibility to check the schedule on a daily basis. Scheduling is based on seniority. For questions regarding the schedule, ask your Supervisor DO 5B Punch in/out maximum 15 minutes prior or after the scheduled work time, (in uniform or not in uniform) Report to your supervisor upon arrival every day Tardiness and no-shows will result in disciplinary action Meals: (30 minutes) Lunch: Dinner: (2 meals in working day by shifts) Breaks: Scheduling, Working Hours & Breaks工作安排,工作时间和休息 CALL OFF PROCEDURE Notify your supervisor no later than two (2) hours before the scheduled shift. If unable to reach your supervisor personally, call the Manager on Duty. Key areas you need to fill out on form: - Print name (First and last) - Date of filing - Department and your position - Dates you would like to request off, indicate specifically (Holiday, Personal day, Vacation,
