摘要
通过上网浏览起重机械方面的资料,以及在老师的指导下对哈尔滨起重机械厂生产的各种起重机的观察和了解,对国内外现有的全路面起重机技术及发展现状有了深刻的了解和认识。这次设计正是在原有全路面起重机技术和特点的基础上,科学分析起重机械行业的发展方向,进一步完善了全路面起重机,从而满足国家对采用新技术和新材料的要求。为了充分发挥起重机的作用,扩大其使用范围,这次设计的起重机全都采用液压传动方式。起升机构、变幅机构、回转机构和行走机构都有各自的液压马达或液压缸,吊臂采用箱形伸缩臂式结构,为了增大起重机在起重作业时的稳定性和不倾翻,在起重机上安装了支腿。
由于实践经验的欠缺和知识的局限性,该起重机的实际工作性能及可靠性还有待于实际的检验。

ABSTRACT
Through browsing the articals about hoisting machinery on the , as well as the observation to Harbin machinery factory’s all kinds of hoist crane produced by under teacher's instruction, I have the profound understanding to the domestic and foreign entire road surface hoist crane technology existing and present situation. This design is based on original entire road surface hoist crane technology and characteristics. And the hoisting machinery profession development direction is analyzed scientificly, the entire road surface hoist crane is consummated further. Thus satisfy the request to use new technical and the new material. In order to display the function fully, exaggerate its using scope, I select the hydraulic transmission method. anization, the anization, the anization and walks all to have respective motor or the hydraulic cylinder. The arm uses the box shape expansion and contraction structure. In order to increase the stability of the hoist crane when lifts heavy objects and not to pour out, leg are installed on the hoist crane.
Because short of experience and the knowledge, this practical work properties and the reliability are still waiting for the pratical examination.
