摘要
智能排号系统在服务人类和方便人们生活中具有重大作用,通过模仿需要办理业务的人员排队,以此实现以取号、等待、叫号等功能为一体,智能改变传统排队繁杂问题的过程。智能排号的设计理论基础是基于分布式控制系统理论而实现的智能系统,这中间主要为主屏显示器、窗口显示器和智能叫号系统器组成立体网络式通信控制体系,办理业务的客户按到达的先后次序,来生成智能排号顺序。本文采用PLC系统的编程进行排号管理,生成号码由叫号请求通过排号系统逐一发送给主显示屏以致完成系统显示,这样能给顾客带来更多的方便更好的服务。
智能排号系统可以为客户创造平等、有序良好的等候环境,使顾客避免不必要的麻烦;使工作人员可以缓解压力,从而避免不必要的工作失误,提高工作人员工作效率;为管理者能更好地管理工作人员和掌握客户的动态信息,有利于合理安排职位,更好地进行管理,有利于提高工作人员的主动性,改善服务人员服务态度,而且能提高企业服务质量和增强企业自身管理水平,给顾客留下好感,增强自身可信度,为企业带来更多的收益。
本文介绍了智能排号系统发展状态及对其应用的前景的展望;还介绍了PLC的发展历史和的工作原理。论文介绍了PLC排号系统对数据库设计方法及其它各个步骤的原理设计,并简单的介绍了PLC系统的优点。阐述了基于PLC智能排号系统的总体设计、工作原理;本文的软硬件的设计是核心部分,对其设计分析是本文的重点,并且还会根据次设计梯形图,让设计更鲜明,具有可操作性。
