内容摘要
我国是一个农业大国,农村经济在国民经济中占有极其重要的地位,农户作为农村经济的重要组成部分和最基础的单位,是构建和谐社会的关键环节之一。当前在广大农村,发展现代农业,资金缺乏是一个绕不开的难题。不论是发展生产,还是自主创业,或是从事经营活动,对于缺少原始积累的广大农户来说,都离不开资金的支持。农户“贷款难”以成为倍受关注的热点、难点问题,如何有效地解决,使得农户能够获得有效的资金支持,让农村金融机构投入更多的资金支持新农村建设和发展,是值得我们深思和探讨的话题。本文主要从农业产业自身特点、农村金融组织现行利率政策、农村地区信用环境、信贷风险保障体系、信贷资金供需等方面进行了分析。
