摘 要: 目前,我国夹层资本在快速发展,但因发展较晚且国家经济体制、金融体系不完善,其退出机制尚不成熟,尚且存
在较大风险。要健全我国房地产夹层基金退出机制,需要做到:健全相关法律,保护投资人权益;深化评估体系,帮助投资
人决策;引入信用评级,保证退出实施效率。随着中国经济的持续发展,法律体系的不断完善,国家政策渐趋平稳,夹层资
本将在中国成为重要金融工具,促进房地产业健康发展。

Research on The Withdrawal Mechanism of

Abstract: At present, mezzanine capital is developing fast in China, but because of developing late, state economy system, the
imperfect financial system, its withdrawal mechanism was not still mature, so it exists some risks. In order to improve estate band
fund withdrawal mechanism, it needs to achieve: making related law perfect, protecting investors ’ rights and interests; The deepened
appraisal system, helping investors decision-making; Introduction credit rating, guaranteeing withdrawal implementation efficiency.
