摘要
随着国际国内经济社会的发展,人们生活质量也得到了长足的提高,对环境提出了更多的要求,其中降噪已经成为工程项目中重要的组成部分,因而,对于降噪工程施工质量体系的建设更是不可忽视的。
本文以乐山大佛剧院风冷热泵机组降噪工程为背景材料,结合实际工程情况,从项目的准备工作到工程完成的全过程进行了系统的分析,并根据实际情况对降噪施工质量中常见问题、重点情况进行了讨论,提出了一些保障工程质量体系的措施,力求为建立相对完善的质量体系方案而努力,以工程顺利完工实现。

Abstract
With international and domestic economic and social development, people to improve the quality of life is great, and puts forward more requirements to the requirement of the environment, including acoustic engineering has e a part of it should not be neglected, and the construction of the quality system was not to be ignore.
Air-cooled heat pump units based on the Leshan giant Buddha theatre noise control engineering as the background material, combined with the actual engineering situation, the system part has carried on the detailed narration about the quality of the project. By using the basic theoretical knowledge of anization design, from the perspective of managers, comprehensive details on the project from preparation to finish the whole process of system management, and according to the actual situation proposed changes to a certain extent. In accordance with the relevant provisions, aims at mon problem in the construction quality, key problems highlight the identity and make every effort to establish relatively perfect quality system solutions, to project plete.
