摘要
高层建筑适地性与节地性研究对于我国城市建设、人口及土地资源利用、高层建筑的现在和未来、国民经济发展和人类生存环境有着一定的意义。相对于~ 般多层建筑,高层建筑有其自身的许多优势,本课题的研究旨在为创造美好宜人的高层建筑提供可操作性的设计方法,并完善其设计理论,以期对我国高层建筑设计有所裨益,在某种意义上,高层建筑适地性与节地性研究也是对高层建筑未来发展的探求。
文章首先从高层建筑适地性与节地性的概念界定入手,对高层建筑在世界及中国范围内的发展历史及发展中出现的问题做一个简明的阐述,然后对高层建筑的适地性与节地性结合具体实例进行分析、归纳和总结,最后对高层建筑未来的发展趋势及设计倾向进行了分析及展望。
高层建筑的适地性与节地性策略及方法研究是论文重点。文章就高层建筑的适地性理念、出发点、接地方式、技术条件、不同地形场地竖向空间及交通运输处理方式、工程措施、建筑功能构成、空间组织方式及设计特点、环境构成要素及设计特点、设计手法等问题进行了论述,探索对高层建筑适地性与节地性设计方面的~些规律和需要注意的问题。
本文虽然是论述高层建筑适地性与节地性问题研究,但同时对其它种类的建筑及环境设计也有一定的参考作用,城市空间的发展趋势是有菸通性的,本文对高层建筑进行适地性与节地性的研究,以期为今后的设计提供一些理论依据和实证参考应用价值。
