煤泥烘干设备PLC控制系统设计
摘要
目前,我国经济进入了工业化中期快速发展阶段,重工业以及与之形成联系的产业和高科技产业得到了迅速的发展,当然煤炭工业也不例外。随网络、控制、通信及电气技术的发展和用户对煤炭产量的要求的不断提高,选煤工业的控制系统发生了根本的变化,现代选煤厂正努力向网络化、智能向发展。在这样的背景下,本论文根据选煤厂煤泥烘干设备工艺流程设计了基于西门子PLC的集中控制系统。
首先,论文介绍了我国煤炭资源的状况和洗选煤加工的必要性。其次,论文简要说明了选煤厂中煤泥烘干设备的选煤工艺流程。然后,论文详细的讲解了煤泥烘干设备集中控制系统的研究与设计,它包括:控制总体方案设计、硬件选型、软件系统设计。控制总体方案阐述了系统由一台SIEMENS 300系列PLC为控制中心,控制所有数字和模拟I/O模块;数字输入模块(DI)读入设备状态,数字输出模块(DO)输出控制设备信号,模拟量输入模块(AI)读入设备温度、压力等模拟量信号;硬件选型给出了PLC、传感器、执行器和其它电气元件的具体型号;环境下的人机交互界面设计。最后,论文对本课题进行了总结讨论,说明了后续工作中应努力提高和改善的地方。

The design of the Centralized Control System in the Coal Drying Equipment
Abstract
This paper introduces the centralized control system in the coal drying equipment .Based on its advantages of high reliability, simple programming and easy maintenance, this system achieved the centralized control of the coal drying equipment. It takes the PLC-S7 300 produced by pany as its core design and prehensively the related knowledge puter integrated control system, mechanical and electrical transmission, etc. This system has two working models, namely the focused model and the local model. For the former, there are two working methods, namely the manual way and the automatic way. Consequently with its highly versatility, good reliability and simple programming, the system facilitates anization and production in factories.
The principle of PLC control and the process of the coal drying equipment is explained in this paper in details. The following important things are reported, the desigh of the centralized control system of the PLC models, the allocation of I/O port and the PLC ladder program desigh. Taking a SIEMENS 6ES7-312-1AD10-0AB0 PLC as the control center, the system can control all the digital and analog I / O modules. The state of the equipmen
