摘要
本设计题目为邓州市Y001线赵楼桥,属于旧桥改造工程。赵楼桥桥面净宽为净-7+2×,设计荷载为公路Ⅱ级,。设计是根据交通部现今最新规范的规定,对邓州市Y001线赵楼桥进行方案比选和设计的。
文中主要进行了该桥的设计和计算。文中首先对方案比选,确定采用普通钢筋混凝土简支T形梁桥,跨径布置为2×20m,主梁为等截面T形梁,。并针对所选的预应力混凝土简支T形梁桥进行了详尽的上部结构计算、下部结构计算和支座的计算。上部设计主要有截面设计、荷载横向分布系数的计算、主梁作用效应计算、横隔梁的内力计算,并进行了主梁截面承载力与预应力验算、主梁变形验算、行车道板的计算。下部结构主要有盖梁墩柱设计计算、基础计算和桥台设计与验算。
关键词:钢筋混凝土,T型简支梁桥,横向分布系数,灌注桩基础,埋置式桥台。
Abstract
This designed bridge, which is named the Zhaolou bridge, is the Bridge of reconstruction project. It’s deck clear width is 7+2×, the design loads is grade two ,and the designed crowd load is . The designed, Zhaolou bridge, is carried out on the the Y001 Line in dengzhou is according to the Ministry of Transportation,which is the latest specification requirements,to make the selection and design.
The paper described the design and calculation of the bridge. First, to the parison and selection, I determined the use of ordinary reinforced concrete T-beam bridge span arrangement of 2 × beam is T-shaped beam cross-section and the height of beam is m. For the selected simply supported, prestressed concrete T-beam bridge, a detailed calculation of the upper structure and the lower part of the calculation of structural calculations. The upper part of the design section design, load lateral distribution factor calculation, calculation of effect of the main beam role, crossbeam force calculation, and the main girder section bearing capacity of prestressed checking. The main beam deformation checking, calculation of the carriageway board. Substructure covered beam pier columns design calculations, design and checking of the basis and abutments.
