城乡一体化背景下学校体育均衡发展研究-体育学专业毕业论文.docx

摘 要
自从实施城乡一体化发展战略以来,虽然缩小了城乡教育的差距,但却忽略了学科之间的均衡发展。由于历史的、传统的和主观的原因,致使农村大多数学校体育教育在教学、管理、师资等多方面存在着很多问题,与城区相比存在巨大差距。研究从教育哲学、社会学和教育公平理论查法、比较分析法、理论分析法、数理统计等方法,通过黑龙江省义务教育阶段部分城乡中小学校的体育教育资源及学校体育财政经费投入等方面的差异进行了调查分析,对城乡学校体育教育差异的原因和均衡发展的可行性进行了分析,并提出了城乡学校体育均衡发展机制的构建。研究结果如下:
1、城乡中小学校的体育均衡发展实质就是城乡学校体育教育一体化发展,实现城乡学校体育均衡发展、协调发展,利于增强广大农村青少年学生的体质和身心健康,是实现教育城乡一体化的直接目标。
2、黑龙江省城乡学校体育存在有较大差异。农村中小学满足使用的体育场地器材的状况不容乐观,体育教师的职称、学历、年龄、性别的结构无论城区和农村也是不科学的,农村学校参加过职后培训的体育教师人数较少;课间操和大课间的活动在全省中小学开展比较好,课余运动训练城市学校要好于农村学校。
3、城乡中小学体育教育差异的主要原因:城乡二元教育结构是导致城乡学校体育教育差异的主要原因,其次,政策法规的落实不到位,农村学校体育经费投入的比例不合理,教育资源配置制度不均,社会文化背景和传统观念也是形成城乡学校体育教育差异的因素。
4、统筹城乡学校体育均衡发展,必须树立“以人为本”的城乡体育教育一体化发展理念,切实保障农村学生的体育教育权益;教育等行政部门要公平、均等地向城乡学校投入体育经费,加强农村学校体育场地、器材的建设;各级政府必须把均衡发展做为基础教育的发展战略,合理配置各种教育资源,科学规划;城乡学校严格按照教育部门相关规定,严格执行体育课、课外体育活动及课余体育运动竞赛活动。

Abstract
Since the implementation of the urban and rural development strategy, although narrowing the gap between urban and rural education, but it ignores the balanced development between disciplines.
