即刻种植的动物实验研究

=摘要> 目的探讨更加完善成熟的即刻种植技术和方法。方法在拔除狗的下颌双尖牙的同时, 即刻植入
人工种植体, 并在牙种植体和拔牙窝间填塞自制的 HA- rhBMP2- F S 复合材料。以正常牙齿周围牙槽骨作对照,
通过 X 线及组织学方法观察不同时期和种植部位骨缺损的修复及骨整合情况。并用图像分析技术分析种植界面
处新骨形成量。结果植入复合人工骨后, 种植体 4~ 8 周时骨缺损修复基本完成, 种植体骨整合形成, 12 周时已
形成坚实的骨整合, 图像分析系统显示骨密度与正常牙周的牙槽骨间差异无显著性。结论即刻种植同期填塞复
合人工骨, 不仅可增加种植体的初期稳定性, 并可促进骨整合的形成, 是一种可行和有良好应用前景的方法。

=Abstra ct> Objective To investigate the better technique of immediate implantation. Methods In 12 mongrel
dogs, pure titanium implants were immediately implanted in the mesial roots of the mandibular premolar sockets. The
defects around implants were filled with HA- rhBMP2- FS and iodoform. Results H istologic observation showed that
t he bone defects were substituted by new bone at 12 weeks. By using t he technique of image analysis, the difference
between the amount of new bone around implants and normal alveolar bone was not significant statistically. Conclusion It
may be an ideal method for the use pound artificial bone material simulataneously with immediate implantation.
