钻连杆盖孔专机总体设计及主轴箱设计
摘要:连杆盖为大批大量生产的零件,要求设计一台用于钻连杆盖的具有较高生产效率并能保证加工性能稳定的要求专用机床。设计内容主要分为总体设计和主轴箱设计两部分。总体设计包括机床配置型式的确定、结构方案的选择以及“三图一卡”的绘制。主轴箱设计包括绘制多轴箱设计原始依据图、确定主轴和齿轮;完成动力计算、设计传动系统;绘制多轴箱装配图和零件补充加工图。机床采用立式加工的方案,加工和装配的工艺性好,零件装夹方便。采用标准主轴,并选用标准***,同时使得工序尽量集中,能够实现工件在一次装夹时两孔同时加工,这样有利于保证各面和各孔相互间的位置精度要求。本专用机床效率高、成本低、加工精度高;操作使用方便,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率。

The Design of the General and Headstock of the Special Machine
for drilling the hole of link covered
Abstract: The link covered was spare part of a large number of mass production. The special machine of drilling the hole of link covered must meet the production efficiency and the precision of ponents processed and the stability. The design could be divided into two parts: the general design and the headstock design. The general design includes the confirmation of the special machine tool, the selecting of the structure plan and pleting of the technological drawing of the parts which need to be manufactured, the general drawing of special machine tool, drawing of cutter display and the efficiency card of manufacturing. The headstock design includes drawing the primitive basic chart for the gear box, determining the spindle and the gears, completing the putation, designing the transmission system, drawing the gear box assembly drawing and the part processing chart. The special machine tool uses the vertical-type processing plan, the processing and assembly technology capability is good, and it clamps conveniently. Standard spindles are used and the standard cutting tools are selected, making the working procedure to be centralized. With this kind of machining jig, parts do not need be loaded for multiple times, and most holes could be drilled at the same time. In this way, the surfaces and holes can meet high precision of special mechanical tool has many advantages such as high efficiency and low costs.
